Well, it seems our very own Carlisle United has a hidden gem of a reputation! It turns out our city has played a part in the rise of not just one, but all three of England's goalkeepers. Who knew our local club was a veritable goalkeeper factory for the nation?
From west Cumbria to the World Cup, Carlisle is England's goalkeeper factory, with all of Thomas Tuchel's goalkeepers passing through the club.
