Mayoral candidate: Flights should return to county airport 'if commercially viable'

Conservative candidate for Cumbria Mayor Mike Starkie has said he would support the return of commercial passenger flights to Carlisle Lake District Airport, but only if there is a strong and sustainable business case behind the move.
