Winter festival cancelled ahead of Storm Boelo
It's a blow for local festivities as the much-anticipated winter festival, due to be held in Carlisle this Saturday, has unfortunately been cancelled. Organisers have made the tough decision to call it off ahead of Storm Boelo.
The event, which had been previously held in Penrith, was to take place in Carlisle on Saturday.
